What does a Letter From Santa Claus Include?

Our letters from Santa Claus are printed on beautiful Paper, personalized with your child's name and signed by Santa himself ! . Enclosed with each letter is a special present for your child from Santas Elve's.

How do I place an order for a Santa Letter

Click on the "Order Now" button once you select the package you want . Then make a payment which includes your delivery details. Personalise it with your child's details by sending Santa a letter describing your child. 

When will my Santa Claus letter(s) be mailed ?

We will send out all packages in the first week of December and should all be received by you before the 10th Dec . All Packages are addressed to the child so the joy of opening it is ensured.

What if I have 2 or more kids I want to get letters for, How does that work ?

You simply go through the process for each child you wish to purchase for. Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of each package we cant lump them together in the same parcel.

Do you deliver to all countries ?

Yes we can deliver to any country in the world.

Is my personal information shared or sold ? 

Never !! We hate telemarketing calls and junk mail as much as you do. Your personal information is ONLY used to write your letter(s) and mail them to you. NOTHING ELSE.

What's The free gift from Santa's Elves ?

Now that would be telling and there's no way of knowing what the elves would do if they found out I told you. Shhhhh It's a surprise and you will have to find out when the package arrives!
